Boom Boy distributes fast-moving consumer goods. We are an entity involved in the supply, delivery, distribution and sale of food, beverage and other key consumer goods essential for maintaining the well-being of people.

We implement strict cleaning and sanitizing in our warehouse. We currently allow one staff member in the warehouse at a time and follow social distancing recommendations. We have non-contact with our courier provider. Currently we will continue shipping Monday-Friday but please expect possible delays at this time. We urge all our customers to Stay Fit and Stay Safe during this time! We value your continued support!.

At Boom Boy we are a 100% family Owned & Operated and we are based solely ONLINE in NZ. We do not have any Physical Bricks&Mortar stores. What this means for you is that none of our stock is exposed to the greater public nor is there any face to face contact when you order. Our stock is held and dispatched from an Isolated warehouse. Our warehouse boasts a very clean and tidy environment. We uphold a very high level of hygiene. Our warehouse is solely ours and is not shared with any other operator. Your Product is dispatched in a sealed bag or Box and delivered to your door by the Courier. You can be sure that when purchasing any product from Boom Boy, that your product has been handled with the highest level of care and hygiene.

Same day packing on all orders! and Same day Shipping on orders made before 3pm* Monday-Friday.

Orders dispatched Twice a day Monday-Friday.

Boom Boy supplements offer an extremely fast and comprehensive shipping method to all our customers New Zealand wide. We will send you a shipment tracking number which you can then enter into our courier’s website to follow the progress of your order or you can flick us an email and we will do a follow up for you. Along with this you will not be charged any extra for shipping and regardless of how big your order is or where it is going, as long as it in New Zealand it will be shipped for FREE.

Shipping is FREE New Zealand wide and our courier has a target of:

1 – 2 work days on all products shipped to your door step.*

Please take into consideration that these time frames are estimates and are based on indications given to us by our courier service providers.

Please also allow a possible 12-hours for payment confirmation on bank transfers via internet banking. 

We ship with-in NewZealand only at this stage!

 

Damaged Goods / Returns

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.

*Please note 1-2 days shipping is the guidance provided by our Courier company and while this time frame is usually achieved we will not be held accountable for any unusual delays. 

*Every day we will strive to have all orders made before 3pm during week days on our afternoon courier. If for any reason your order does not make the afternoon courier it will be shipped out first thing the following morning.
